This is IT! I purchased a product to raise my laptop and it shook terribly so i returned it. I was looking around and find this one, which had decent reviews so I pulled the trigger. So glad I did! Live this product! It’s absolutely sturdy, my laptop doesn’t shake, and it raises it at a perfect level to align with my other screens. I also needed it to hold my laptop lengthwise and it’s perfect, it hold my laptop perfectly. Great price too! You can easy travel with it as it breaks down no problem. I have zero complaints!

I’ve been using the this Laptop Stand for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best desk accessories I’ve bought. Awesome for air flow under my laptop.
I got a new laptop and noticed it gets quite hot while in use. The newer models are so streamlined for aesthetic purposes, but the low-profile doesn’t seem to let enough air flow underneath for cooling. I started wondering what I could rig up to hold it aloft for air flow, and when I looked on Amazon was pleased to find this simple little stand for that purpose! I’ve been using it for months and have found it to work very well to keep the base of the laptop from getting too hot, especially during intensive tasks like watching videos, virus scans, installing updates, etc. The angle is ok… not sure if it is helping or hurting from an ergonomic standpoint. Overall, it seems mostly well-made, sturdy, and I’m happy with the purchase. One of the tiny screws was thread-stripped immediately so it just spins in it’s hole, but it doesn’t seem to affect the stability so I didn’t bother returning.My only constructive criticism would be that it has nice little rubber grippers on the front feet that cradle the front of the laptop, but none on the back feet that hold it aloft. Over the course of using it, I guess I push it forward slightly without realizing because sometimes it slides backward and falls down off of the desk platform I have it sitting on. It doesn’t fall all the way off, so no harm is done… it’s just that the back feet fall off, and the laptop drops down to a level height rather than the elevated height. I may add some rubber feet myself to prevent this, but haven’t done so yet.Edit: I finally got around to adding a tiny bit of silicone grip tape to the back corners, and now it’s perfect – won’t budge at all on a surface and holds the laptop really well.

No overheating.
This little stand is sturdy, lightweight, and it lifts the laptop up off the table, so that the vents are open. I’ve noticed that when I put the laptop flat on a table, or flat on some soft surface, the air vents can get blocked and the laptop gets pretty warm. This gadget prevents that and it also tilts the laptop forward makes the keyboard a little bit easier to reach. Highly recommended.
